Mr. Tall was a distinguished Director of Operations at the World Bank.

 

After more than 25 years with the institution, he founded a strategic consulting firm specializing in the design of major development projects and investment operations in Africa, particularly in the area of ​​Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). Mr. Tall's clients include several high-ranking officials, governments, regional and sub-regional institutions, the West African Development Bank (BOAD), the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), the African Investment Fund (AHIF), HEC Paris, as well as numerous private sector companies.

 

Mr. Tall's name is strongly associated with the recent economic recovery in Côte d'Ivoire due to his personal leadership and commitment following the crisis. Currently, he leads, among other things, a multidisciplinary working group to promote solutions for SME financing and develop financial markets in the West African region. In 2003, he received the prestigious "Manager of the Year Award" from the World Bank.

 

He also holds several honorary distinctions in Africa, Europe, and the United States. Mr. Tall trained in the United States as an agricultural and natural resource economist. He is a graduate of Maryland State University and West Virginia University.
